I really want to plant a Cherry Blossom Tree, even though it might be risky doing so in New England, so I want to make sure I’m timing it perfectly. I know that first I have to soak it and let the roots grow indoors for a month until it sprouts before planting it in the yard. When is the good time of the season to start this process?
